PHP Module Installed but wont running

Recently i’m facing a problem that PHP module i need and installed won’t run. I’m using ubuntu 13.10 and lamp package. I noticed that in phpinfo() :  Additional .ini files parsed, not loading the ini files for the module i have installed. Scan this dir for additional .ini files, point to ‘/etc/php5/apache2/conf.d’.
